New Association Management Software
EMB Management is an Associa Member Company
Seattle, WA – EMB is very excited to announce that we are converting to a new software program. The new system adds more reporting features and more automated tracking of the information kept for Association Management. Communities with Associa websites will be able to check their account history and ledger reports on line.
Conversion takes place Feb 25 – Mar 1st. As of March 1, we will be live on new system. As with all upgrades, there will be some changes.
All homeowners who make payment by check will receive new coupon books with new account numbers for payments beginning with the April 1st payment. Homeowners using a Bill Payer service will have to update the payment address and account number with their bank. Homeowners on ACH will be mailed a letter with their new account number on it at a later date. We will post the new payment address soon.
We are very excited for this upgrade and our ability to provide an even higher level of service to our clients.
